I use to do sigs and banners for money and I have the best ones hosted on my Deviant Art account if you want to see for ourself. I don't do a lot of drawing on my part cause I... just can't draw, mostly touchup effects using brushes and stock background images and a foccus on Contrast and emphasis using colour(color). I have been running a blank on ideas for the last 2 years, would love to have something fun to do again. Default dimensions are 400 x 200 and I do accept custom sizes. Specify if you want text, the kind of background used or overall theme and preferred render if you want.
